Services & Pricing

The price is the price — and it's printed here.

Standard work has a standard price — it's right on our site. Anything bigger gets a straight quote before we start, and the price doesn't wander after. Builds run half to start, half when your site launches — you never pay the full bill for a site that isn't finished. These are the standard offers for Chippewa Valley small businesses.

Every column stands on the same rule: your domain is registered in your name from day one. Seasoned is the monthly layer that keeps either build working — it starts the month after launch and carries no contract. The Hybrid bundles the Full Cord + Seasoned into a payment schedule — details below.

Fresh Cut

$1,500 one-time

The website build — built once, built right. A fresh cut is new lumber and a new start: a fast, clean site that says what you do, where you are, and how to reach you.

  • A complete small-business website — your services, your area, your contact info, built to load fast on a phone.
  • You own everything from day one — the domain is registered to you, and the site is yours.
  • Two revision rounds included — we build it, you review it, we adjust it.
  • Half to start, half at launch — $750 to begin, $750 when the site goes live on your domain. It doesn't launch until the balance lands, so nothing ships unpaid.
  • Baseline numbers report — before we touch anything, your Google numbers get read and written down, so the after picture has something honest to stand next to.
  • Simple intake — you supply text and photos through one form; copy polish is included.

Extra pages or features beyond the agreed layout are quoted before they're built — never added to your bill after the fact.

Seasoned

$149 /month

Monthly maintenance, starting the month after launch. Seasoned wood is dried and ready — it won't warp. A seasoned site, same idea: somebody's watching it, feeding it, and answering for it every month.

No contract — cancel anytime. If we're doing our job, you won't want to.
  • Hosting + security updates + backups — your site stays online, updated, and backed up, so there's always a copy to restore.
  • 2 Google Business Profile posts per month — your listing stays active and current.
  • Every Google review answered — good, bad, or unfair, each one gets a reply.
  • Up to 1 hour of site content changes per month — text, photos, hours, specials.
  • Quarterly re-audit — site and profile checked against the shops Google shows at the top of the map, findings reported plain.
  • A monthly numbers report — your Google numbers and your site traffic (how many people visit, and how they found you), read on the same sources every month and reported against your baseline: what moved, what's flat, what's next.

That's the scope, and it's the whole scope. Anything beyond it is a quoted one-off project or hourly add-on, stated before work starts. No unlimited-anything, ever.

The Hybrid

$500 down + $199/month

The Full Cord and Seasoned bundled for businesses that want the whole stack without the whole check up front. The build's price is split into a $500 start and 12 monthly payments — that's a payment schedule for the build, not a service contract.

12 monthly payments — the payment schedule, printed in full. You own your domain from day one.
  • The full Full Cord package — website plus complete Google Business Profile.
  • Seasoned maintenance included — hosting, posts, review answers, changes, re-audits, and the monthly numbers report with traffic, every month of the schedule.
  • You own your domain from day one — it's registered to you, full stop.
  • You own the site outright after the 12 monthly payments — no rent-to-own games past the schedule, no hostage renewals.

When the schedule's complete, the site is yours outright. Keep Seasoned going at $149/month — cancel anytime, no contract — or take the keys and drive it yourself. Either way, the site is yours.

The Numbers Report

We look at the numbers so you don't have to.

Most owners have never seen their own Google numbers. The ones who have got a dashboard login and a shrug. We do it the other way: we read the numbers, we write down where you stand, and after the work we show you the same numbers again — plain language first, detail underneath for whoever wants it.

First

Baseline

Before we touch anything: how many people find you, how many people visit your site and how they found you, how much of your site Google can actually show people — handing Google a list of your pages isn't the same as being found — what your profile says, and where your review link really goes. Every number sourced and dated.

Then

The work

The changes get listed and dated, item by item, so the after picture has something honest to stand next to.

Then

After

Thirty days later we read the same numbers on the same sources and report them side by side: moved, flat, or too early to tell. Search data lags, and the report says so instead of dressing it up.

Run on our own listing first. The baseline for Carter's real-estate site showed 1 click in a month, and Google had discovered exactly 1 of the site's 29 pages. The fixes took a weekend: the discovered count went to 30, the profile's category was corrected to match the competitors, and a review link that had been quietly pointing at his brokerage's profile — in 68 places — was repointed to his own.

The free teardown is the baseline. Builds get an after report at 30 days. Seasoned includes the numbers report every month.

Traffic Analysis

Who's visiting your site — and how they found you.

Your website keeps count of every visit. Most owners never see that count — or they see it as a chart that means nothing. We read it for you and say it plain: how many people came, where they came from, and what they did when they got there.

One

How many

Visits to your site, month over month — up, flat, or down, measured against the starting line we wrote down before the work began.

Two

From where

How visitors found you: a Google search, your listing on the map, a link somebody shared, or typing your address in directly. That's how you know which work is paying.

Three

To do what

Which pages they read, and the moves that matter — tapping your phone number, asking for directions, sending the form. Visits that never turn into calls aren't the point.

Traffic rides inside the numbers report: the baseline counts it before we touch anything, builds get it in the 30-day after report, and Seasoned includes it every month — same sources, same starting line, plain language.

The example slot. This is where a real client's traffic story goes — baseline, work, after — once a full set of numbers exists to show. Carter's own sites get the first read; client builds with standing traffic behind them (a brokerage, a funeral home) make the strongest cases, and one lands here as soon as its numbers are honestly worth showing.

Working Together

You hear back the same day.

One person runs your build, and you hear from him the same day you reach out — not a ticket number, not a form letter. During your build you get updates as the work happens: what got built, what changed, what's next — daily or weekly, at the pace the work is actually moving. After launch, the same person keeps answering: Seasoned is the upkeep above, run by the guy who built the site.

The Comparison

Three ways websites get sold around here.

The industry standard is slow, unresponsive, inefficient, and overpriced. We're the opposite on all four: quick, responsive, efficient, and reasonably priced.

Price 715 Digital Published locally National band
Website build, one-time $1,500–$2,000 $500–$3,499 $1,000–$5,000
Monthly upkeep $149 $39–$299 $95–$195

The ranges are real: local figures come from Chippewa Valley firms' own published price pages, national bands from published industry cost guides — everything checked November 2026. (Custom work publishes higher still; one local firm's custom builds begin at $10,000.) No firm is named, on purpose — the point is where the prices sit, not a fight. Ask, and we'll show you the pages these came from.

Already paying for a website? Then the ranges above are your check. Find what you're paying. If you're at the top of the range — or past it — for a site you don't own, kept by a vendor who answers slow, that's the switcher's gap, and closing it is half of what we do. The free teardown lines your current bill up against ours, and the move itself is quoted in writing before anything changes hands. Your domain comes with you, because it's yours. Once you're here, Seasoned is $149 a month — no contract.

Rent-to-own figures come from a local firm's published mid-tier plan — $199/month on a 48-month term — checked November 2026. The quote-first column is the local pattern: the valley's established agencies publish no prices at all, so there is no number to put in their cell. Ours is in the table. That's the whole argument.

The Ownership Rule

Your domain is yours. Your site is yours.

Some vendors keep your website — and sometimes your domain — as their property until a long contract runs out, or forever. We work the opposite way: the domain is registered in your name from the start, and the site belongs to you. If we ever part ways, you leave with everything.

Bigger Jobs

Off the menu? You get a straight quote.

Bigger-than-standard sites, online stores, multi-location businesses, rescues from a bad vendor, switching from a service you're overpaying, and rush timelines are quoted case-by-case — from the standard price they'd replace, upward with scope. The quote comes before the work starts, in writing, and it doesn't wander after.

The Full Cord — website plus complete Google profile — is $2,000, and you own everything from day one. Start smaller: the teardown is free, and the page is yours to keep.
